Saddle Strap - Helite - حزام السرج
Description
A saddle strap is included with each airbag. If you have more than one saddle, you can install a saddle strap on each of them to get on the horse quickly with your airbag. In order to ensure a reliable and fast inflation, you must use the saddle strap. Do not attach your carabiner directly to the metal rings on your saddle. We do not know their resistance and they could tear off during a fall. To know how to install your saddle strap, please consult the "installation" section below.
How to install your saddle strap:
Remove the two stirrup leathers from your saddle. Your saddle strap is shaped like a Y. Attach the Y-arms on each side of your saddle to the stirrup blades. You may need to loosen the strap to reach the stirrup blades. Put your stirrup leathers back on.
The rider is responsible for the proper installation of the saddle strap on the saddle. Be sure to adjust your saddle strap correctly:
• Not too long, which could delay or prevent the airbag triggering for example if you ride a small horse or pony.
• Not too short, which could hinder you while riding, for example when jumping.
HINT: Once the saddle strap is installed, get on your horse with your airbag. Attach your carabiner to the metal ring of the saddle strap and stand on your stirrups. The elastic part of the lanyard should be barely stretched.

Sizing Tips:
- This vest is unisex and is designed to be used by both male & female horse riders. The vest has stretchy material on both sides. So sometimes we recommend female riders to size down due to the different formation nature of the female body.
- Sometimes the size of "Child L" can be used as "XXS" size for some riders to have a better fit.

Please note that the minimum weight of the child must be 35kg.

Each child has its own morphology, our size chart is presented for information purposes only. We recommend taking measurements on a t-shirt. Even if the airbag is stretchy and therefore can follow the growth of the child, as soon as the size does not correspond to the chart (too short, too tight) you must change it to keep a good protection.
Be aware! this is only a tip to select your suitable size. You have to take your body measurements carefully and check out with the enclosed size chart.
