Return & Refund Policy
Because we care about your satisfaction, we are keen to provide you with a return and refund service, as follows:
We offer a return policy that enables you to return the product within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that the following conditions must be met in order to be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition, not opened, used, or altered, and with all its accessories; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
- CHAMPION team must be contacted within 3 days of the product receipt to process the return request. Failure to request a return within 3 days will make you ineligible for the return.
- Products that are damaged as a result of misuse or failure to follow the user guides and instructions will not be accepted for a return.
- The return policy does not include products falls under the accessories or spare parts categories. (You must check the return policy in each product page).
To successfully process your product return, please follow the steps:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email.
- If you are eligible for a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Print out the return tag and repack the item in its original packaging, then drop it at the post office.
- Once we receive the items, all products will be inspected. If your return is approved, the team will process the refund to your account.
To return the product, shipping fees may apply based on the situation:
- In the event of receiving a wrong or damaged product, no additional shipping service fee will be charged on the customer and it will be totally covered by the store.
- If there is no mistake or defect, but you no longer want the product for some reason and wish to return it, we are happy to serve you. An additional fee for the return shipping service will be charged (25 riyals) non-refundable.
Refunds will be done through the Original Mode of Payment. Please note that it may take up to 14 working days for the value to appear in your bank account from the date of the return amount was processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your purchase upon delivery. and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the situation.
Any damage due to shipping or observed manufacturer defect on the product must be reported to us within 3 days of product delivery. Any damage or defects noted after 3 days cannot be submitted for claim. Please retain all packaging and send photos to our team to assist you.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read and follow the instructions and user guide manuals for the products, and the store will not bear any kind of damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, incorrect operation, or lack of proper care and attention.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like refills, accessories, …etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In the event of receiving an incorrect/damaged product, we will immediately send a replacement product or process a return based on the customer request.
Items on final sales are non-returnable and non-refundable.
